think it is they are NOT TAUGHT the responsibilities of owning a puppy or dog or kitten or cat. I wrote in earlier comment about I think all nations should make all schools have a class when students are young and again as teens about responsibilities of having puppy or dog or kitten or cat and that it is NEVER okay to abuse or neglect or abandon them and need to love them and care for them and protect them. and need to be spayed or neutered usually and should have shots and get meds if get sick or fleas or ticks etc. and if care about them should have for all nations microchips put in with people help to donate so ones without extra money get too and have chip of the owner and address of them and phone number and the pets name. Would be easier for ones who love their pets IF the pet just got away somehow and want them back to have the microchip. can see it towards beginning of this I think as added about having tests when teens of what is in vidoes and having ones like Takis on a video and others like him and also vets and trainers for dogs and if there are ones for cats and what it means to have a puppy or dog or kitten or cat by a single person or couple or family.

Isolation is used the throughout the world, renowned for its most cruel and unusual punishment. Added to that a pack animal who longs for a pack hierarchy, company and love, makes it even more cruel. We deem it in a civilised society, particularly cruel to force isolation for longer than 30 days. This innocent, defenceless animal has been completely alone for 4 years. Makes this a particularly heinously cruel practice. Thank you Takis, Patron Saint of animals of Creta.
