Hey, can you answer me on this question How are taxes in New Zealand? is it bad like USA?

+muza We have a sales tax called GST here. Almost all the time the price displayed will include this charge, for example at grocery stores and accommodation it will always include this in the price. Also we do not have the same tipping culture here as in teh US. Although it is appreciated, it is not a requirement as it can be for dealing with the service industry like over there. Don't know what all the fuss is about. This is common in EU, less so in UK. Most motorhome users are responsible people eager see local attractions. They are a great source of revenue for local shops & bars. Calais & Dieppe are perfect examples where attractive location in or near the town centre area in walking distance to everything.
