I have a 2017 TRD off road but it's my daily driver so I don't really take it deep into the 4x woods. It hauls my kayaks and quad and my hunting truck but my 97 trd is my baby still. 278k mikes. 2.7L 5 speed. 3 inch sus and body lift. Thing goes anywhere and I'll never sell it. My 2017 will turn into my off-road toy in about 2032 when my wife lets me buy another vehicle haha

Was hoping to find out the tire brand and size of the white Tacoma with pelfribuilt white bumper and xd monster rims. I have same rims 18x9 and buying the aluminum pelfribuilt bumper with the current old man emu kit I have but the tires I have rub at half lock off road and in reverse (285-65) so I am looking to either downgrade which I loose a lot of max weight on the tire or if I should cut a wedge and re weld a plate on that body mount. If you could tell me brand and tire size I would be estatic and very greatful....awesome video and off-roading skills

+bigusdickus Key word, Rubicon, which is the absolute best off-road vehicle off the lot money can buy. Tacoma does well off-road but are designed to be more of a utility vehicle. Tacoma vs Wrangler suspension is like comparing apples to oranges though. I love the Wrangler lineup, particularly the Rubicon, but I need more bed/cargo space. I wish Jeep would consider making the Scrambler again or have the AEV Brute part of their lineup. We would trade our Tacoma for either of those any day!

Having had an 06 2 door Rubicon. I can say it was good for one thing. Off roading. As a daily driver. My 2015 Tacoma Off Road is Almost as capable - but 10x more useful as an everyday vehicle. One day I might get another jeep. But I doubt it. If your not into serious off roading - they are just not a good vehicle.
