Does ZT work on websites such as eBay or Google or my bank? Can these be chaged to white on black for example??

Hello, ZoomText Magnifier/Reader offers both screen magnification and speech. When using ZoomText with speech, there is a Speech tab in the main ZoomText window where you can change various settings including the voice rate.
