@@dacbiet if you play with breath macro it with your CDs , and if you could hold breath for 1:30 sec use it again with pillar , with oblitration you can use it with pillar of frost don't need to hold it with ERW unless ERW have few seconds left on it

you can stop at 26-27% haste then go Mastery and Crit , I think my stats in this video are good for tier set

Doest oblit build works with dual wield with 2 differents runes forges on it ?

yes you can use fallen crusader and enchant from the AH , if you dont have gold you can put razorice but wont give you much damage
