Eddie will always be the boss in my opinion. He did this while competing in world's strongest man, Europe's strongest man, Britain's strongest man and UKs strongest man around the same years. Plus his 216 kg axle press just a year after as well as benching and squatting nothing short of insane numbers. (265kg x6 bench and 345kg x7 squat with a big pause on the last rep)

Wtf he pulled out of europes that year because of the deadlift 😂 thor broke this record after winning major comps that year and also broke the elephant bar deadlift without a suit and also won that same comp. Eddie is a chump compared to thor
@Melkiors
@Melkiors 2 жыл бұрын
@@TF-mn1wo okay sorry. But i still think he is the better athlete. He performs better in strongman (which is his weakness) than Thor does in other different lifting events which is his weakness. I've got nothing but huge respect for this man he is something special. He does that INCREDIBLE lift which I saw years ago and was utterly wowed. Then he nearly dies. Then he gets up and talks on the mic, and with tears call his wife over and then tells everyone this is my lovely daughter. Family is all. Family is everything. He wouldn't be who he is without his family behind him. And then he says if the other two guys coming next lift what I have, we'll all share it tonight. @Tstrawhair Boi Carrying around 50 kg for minutes is way harder than 1 rep of 110 pounds.. Which isn't even decent, unless you don't weigh alot. I would say if you are shoulder pressing less than 145 pounds, you are weak at it, if you are pressing 155 you are decent, 185 strong 225 very strong 275+ insanly strong. Sry bud carring around 110 pound rice sack which is way harder to grip, beats you 110 pounds shoulder press... But don't worry you'll get there some day.. But you are strong on the squat tho.. I can't squat that.
