Freelance vs Becoming An Agency Owner

Thank you for this insightful video! I can definitely relate, having worked as a freelance WordPress web designer/developer for years. I’ve served clients from the Philippines, US, UK, and Canada, and for about 14 years, I also managed a small team of freelancers while working on projects myself way back 2017-2022. While it was profitable, I eventually felt burned out and decided to return to solo freelancing. Now, I’m considering going back to an agency setup, but this time focusing on managing people and handling clients rather than doing the work myself. Any advice on how to approach this transition and avoid burnout? Should an agency owner focus on just managing, client acquisition, and marketing the business? As good as I think I am with design and organizing copy on a landing page or even a full business website, I really struggle with project management and organization due to my ADHD. If you have any tips on managing that aspect while running an agency, I’d love to hear them! Also, it was awesome seeing you speak at Cebu WordCamp last month!
