Been working full time at two places and freelancing for last 1 year. Both have their perks. Ultimate goal is money tbh. Irrespective if it comes from freelancing or full-time. Once you have that and you are making X amount consistently for 6/7 months your risk appetite increases and fir you get to a no-bs taken attitude (be it from employer or client). That should be the goal

Sukiriti is actually correct. Eventually when you are straight out of college and have no clue where to work its better to create a strong base and learn work ethic at corporate. Eventually you can experiment if you wanted to freelance. Even Shashwat did the same before becoming a freelancer. Because you would be confident in your skills which reflects in your portfolio which is your USP. Ofcourse there are folks who have directly engaged in freelancing from their college days, but its quite lower. Also, a structred workflow could be learnt in corporate and later this could be implemented in your freelancing career (P.S These are just my speculations im unemployed btw)

Freelancers are acting as if everything is hunky dory and koi drawback hai hi nahi. Paison ke mahel par baithe hai. Will anybody recommend their younger bhai behen straight outta college to do freelancing with confidence? Hell no!!

I am on the side of money. Jahan jyada post tax money mil rha who karo, stability aur work life balance toh dono jagah same hi hai. PS: I have done both. At the end its majdoori only.
