I appreciate your aversion to the word "deserve". I will go on record to say I have espoused the idea that the only thing the average person "deserves" is to feel love and/be loved. Anything else is either, a necessity (i.e. food and water) or a goal/aspiration (i.e. wealth and fame). It's a hard stance to take and have been given flak for it throughout the years, but I stand my ground. A famous person no more deserves wealth than a starving child deserves food. The former desires wealth and the latter needs sustenance. Conflating what we "deserve" with things we desire or need is a symptom of our cultures current problem of over consumption. However, even if famous person is given wealth and the poor child is given food, neither will thrive or be able to feel fulfilled in this life if they are not loved. If that were not the case then people inundated by wealth and fame would never fall prey to su*c*de, nor would there be cases of orphaned babies dying because they were never held, even though they were fed.

imo i dont think black sucks, i just think they underestimated you and were trying to ensure they out generated you. Their failure was caused by fog of war. i bet they thought noob corner took up more of your troops to take, you even said you got really good dice when taking it, so they thought you would play more conservatively instead of crushing their stack. Not a good move, but not a terrible one. He was just blinded by the pocket he was greeding for

I don't think noob corner is quite as much of a noob magnet as Australia, but you often do see two people fighting over that territory, and noobs love to take inside caps there. So "noob corner" is a fitting name, even if it's isn't quite as much of blood bath as Australia in fixed world dom.
