i tried to jump off a room door size a bit more high building in which there was a shop at the top of the shop there was a bit space from there and i accomplished but hurted my left leg heel a bit but i am fine not serious injury and i did not cry over come fears dab

there was no Parkour or Free Running shown here. Only Tricking. which is more of a gimmick if you're calling it something else. they are talented. give them a course. one extended one over rooftops for Parkour & one on the streets over obstacles for FreeRunning.

Parkour and Freerunning are completely different, how do people not understand this already. Parkour is about strategic movement to get from point A to B as fast as possible. Freerunning (Same as freestyling) is where you add as much style and originality in to express yourself through movement... Tricking it's self involves a mix of martial arts and gymnsatics

+Johnny Elson they are completely the same. Free running is a relatively shabby English translation that was mainly introduced by Sebastien Foucan for his "Jump..." Series. This was the first time they were properly introduced by English media and you know how we are with titles. And then suddenly everyone says they're two different things. They are two different words for the same concept, MOVEMENT. No point segregating the community. A traceur - a participant of Parkour/Freerunning. Remember that it is French and therefor requires a translation

+Anan Anwar that's upsetting that that's an accepted view now. Seems exactly like the issue Bruce Lee had when using traditional Chinese martial art techniques for jeet kun do...the old guys were not happy. Meh, I'm just gonna stick at fighting segregation. Seems silly
