I’m a barber but I love doing these short precision cuts - one thing I always had an issue with is either the hole you mentioned or having the opposite and a lump in that corner. This technique looks a lot simpler and also safer! Have a client in for this cut today so looking forward to trying this method out. Thank you 👍💈

I just cut my sister daughter hair into a bob she has too much thick hair, so now I have to go over it so I need to do this technique slightly to get a bob cut, so I kept her hair long but will now be able to go shorter because her hair took me 2 hours to cut it's really really thick. So now it looks easy to do this. And I'm a hairdresser training. Ans this is one's if the cute we did. But man you did this to perfection amazing neat finish I luv it. Thank you for sharing

Hi Matt! I haven’t watched in a while but I’m so glad I caught this great video! Love the new techniques love cleaning it up with clippers at the end so exciting! I watched a similar video previously and the stylist was using no tension combing then using his shears as a guide however he didn’t have the client bend her head slightly forward. The end results idk were confusing to me - way off in the front I guess that’s called a hole I’m not sure but does having your client tip their head forward and then side when you’re doing the sides make a difference.? It definitely seemed to in this video I see yours is slightly forward;;;; LOOKS AMAZING THANKYOU SO MUCH love that you don’t talk too much- you’re fast but explain what you’re doing this cut it HOT!❤️💇🏽‍♀️💇🏼💇🏻‍♂️💇🏼💆🏼‍♀️

I have a question regarding the curve of the skull/occipital, my Foster daughter has a rather flat head at the back, would you advise anything different than you've said here, just thinking it will look nicer for her if she has a nice curve around the back. She has a good head if virtually dead straight smooth hair and does suit a Bob. Thanks
