Thanks for your help. Everything is working on my box ok but the tv keeps changing the size of my tv from full screen to letter box and there's no instructions in the manual how to keep it too one size full screen all the time so it doesn't keep changing can you help me please 😀

I have an old sky dish, my sky box had two connected cables, will this box work with one cable connected?

@@tonyhill3514 hello Tony yes the Manhattan SX box will work with any sky dish that has a universal LNB see your other videos about types. For the Sx box you will need to make sure the LNB is a universal or hybrid type

@@tonyhill3514 another way to look at it is if you had sky q it will not work if you had sky HD it will work. But if you need to change the LNB on your dish it's very simple

I currently have sky q dish and works with free sat plugged directly in my TV but I wanted to get a box I wondered why this won't work with sky q dish is free sat and satellite works when connected the cable straight to TV?

My satellite dish is black with 2 cables only. Looks like its for sky Q can the dish be altered or will i need new dish???

If you want to use a Manhattan sx box you need a LNB that has a Universal output, Sky Q LNBs do not have this, An Universal or Hybrid LNB is what you need, we sell these are freesatspares.co.uk

Hello I'm having only one problem with freesat manhattan box I'm picking up the English Channels on satellite with one Cable that is connected to a tv satellite white box that is connected on the wall the tv will accept, the English Channels but without the freesat box it has no Class.. only the freesat manhattan box I'm in Ireland co mayo the freesat manhattan box is not picking up the channels at tall what Can I do ? what do I need In order to reach the signal on satellite. I'm in a apartment we just Brought on the market a few months ago thanks Padraig
