Also went through a breakup of a 3 yr relationship a couple months ago and the unexpected ups and downs in the first month were pretty eye opening. She also had a dog I had to say goodbye to and tbh that felt just as difficult. I think making sure to spend time every night to sit with my emotions really helped me process and come to terms with it. Hang in there!

The sad part is that Im also 29, Im also facing a breakup 3 years old relationship, thats makes me feel so selfish for fell “happy” that I can relate to someone else. Its a tough situation but we’ll be fine. I hope that you felt better now. I use the elfa closet system from the container store.. they are slightly more expensive than ikea but I love how modular it is and you can adjust and move them around as needed as your wardrobe fluctuates.

Theres people out there who go through even worse with even more time wasted so 3 years isn't AS bad when you compare to some...
