Great video, my friend. I've had my Swift Horse for a week now, and what an awesome ride. Although I'm now a curb jumping city slicker living in the city, I was born and raised on a farm. And with the Swift horse, you can use that country attitude to get around all the potholes and broken sidewalks with no worry at all. Here in Florida, we have a lot of sand that washes across the sidewalks, and already I feel comfortable going through it without any hesitations. Keep up the great reviews. This is a great machine. Oh, and by the way. Check out the DNM air shock for this Swift Horse. It is 1.5 cm longer than the stock shock, but it only raises the rear of the bike up less than an inch. And let me tell you, I set the air pressure low, and it's like riding on a cloud. So take care, my friend, and keep on riding.

can you get full fenders for this bike?

This bike comes with what I would call half fenders. I don’t know if you can see them but they’re just okay, not great. You could probably put some aftermarket ones on it. Thanks for watching

Thanks for the review. I've been looking at the Freesky swift horse and the Himalaya. I'm curious about the range you get on a full charge, also, what's your weight because, a rider's weight will have a huge effect on the battery's range.

I went with the Swift Horse over the Himalaya because of the 1000 watt motor and the rear suspension. I weigh around 260 and I ride a lot of back roads high up in the mountains where there are lots of hills. I can climb most of the hills around 15-20mph. The farthest I’ve gone so far was 20 miles at a fairly high rate of speed, probably about 20 average. Keep in mind that for me personally, anything much over 15mph my legs can’t really go fast enough to help the bike. I almost always ride in one of the higher pedal assist levels to achieve higher speed. I didn’t buy the unlocked controller. I’ve brought it out of the mountains for the winter and I’m expecting to get around 35 miles of range on primarily flat ground. I haven’t had a chance to ride it yet so we will see. My old bike only had a 500 watt motor and it just wasn’t getting it done for me in the hills anymore. I rode it and enjoyed it way more than I thought I would so my only regret on the first bike is not getting a better one to start with. If you ride on flat ground the 750 watt will probably be just fine. If you think you might climb any serious hills consider the bigger motor.

A couple more thoughts; A friend of mine bought an Alaskan because he’s heavy too and he was concerned about the range. When we ride together he does have more range but he also told a couple of friends to get the Swift Horse because he wasn’t sure the range was necessary for the way we ride. I also bought the twist throttle because that’s what my old bike had and I’m not a huge fan of the thumb throttle on my wife’s bike. The twist just feels more natural to me and I feel like I have a little more low speed control. On the 20 mile ride the battery wasn’t done but I sure was. Probably could have gone a couple more miles but it was fading fast and I didn’t want to find out.

Wait, there’s more 😂 A neighbor lady bought a Wild Cat and loves it. The Alaskan guy bought his wife a Rocky. We all went on a 17 mile ride together, along with another Swift Horse, and all of the bikes made it just fine 👍🏼

@@FailureatRetirement Thanks for all the info. I think I'll go with the Swift Horse. Having more power can be handy with hills.

When I bought it there was an accessory package available that included the twist throttle, fenders, and a bike lock. When the bike arrived the throttle wasn’t with it so I called and they said they shipped it separately. They were friendly and helpful on the phone and I would think if you called them they might sell you one. Thanks for watching 👍🏼🇺🇸

Hi, does this accelerator come standard or did you install it separately? Your video is very good for those of us who want to buy this model.

At the time I bought it there was an accessory kit that you could get with it for a few extra dollars. The kit included the throttle, fenders, and a bike lock. I had a twist throttle on my old bike and knew I wanted one for this bike. I think if you call or email them they should be able to get you one. Thanks for watching 👍🏼🇺🇸

I can’t decide between this model or the dual motor warrior model

I was looking at that myself recently. I think if you ride single track in the mountains that would be a thing to consider. For the riding I do, on semi improved roads, it really doesn’t seem necessary. Thanks for watching 👍🏼🇺🇸

Is it a good bike off road and whats the charge time and longest youve rode it?
@FailureatRetirement

I can’t really say how it is off road because I almost exclusively ride it on small paved roads in the mountains. There are some bad spots in the road that you have to watch for but the bike doesn’t seem to care. I think it would be fine but I don’t know for sure. I typically just plug it in all night. You can figure on 6-8 hours if you start out on the lower end. I have done a couple of completely different rides of right around 20 miles and I can tell you that results will vary on the range. I did one solo ride in the mountains on some pretty steep hills and my average speed was 20mph. At the end of the 20 miles I was down to nothing on the battery. I did a 18 in the mountains, less hill climbing, average speed more like 12 mph and had about 2/3 battery left at the end. On the other hand, I did a 20 in VERY mild hills at an average speed around ten mph and my battery still showed a full charge when done. More recently I did a 16 in very mild hills, about ten mph, but on a very cold day. Same thing, full battery at the end. Speed matters a lot. I’m sure weight also matters and I’m about 250. I highly recommend this bike for what I do. Thanks for watching 👍🏼🇺🇸
