@shade76482 ай бұрын
@@yusufsay11 The Krios CAME from west Africa. 🤦🏿♂️ They’re actually a mixture of west Africans that were taken as slaves outside of Senegambia, Freetown, the Gold Coast (Ghana), bight of Benin, aswell as Congo. They returned back to west Africa but they were groups of different tribes that returned together. They later intermingled to become KRIOS. It’s the same people that were taken slaves and brought back but they made a new tribe when they arrived.

Seen the system including the infrastructure in Sierra Leone is extremely uncivilised and primitive with majority of the country looking like a dump not fit for humans. Even after almost 50years of independence, there has never been any meaningful development and no proper government or governance in Sierra Leone. This is extremely shameful and a waste of so many young people. The whole country need to put into the trash and start again. Yes, I am a Sierra Leonean ashamed to call myself that. What a pity. The way things are going, Sierra Leone might be the same dump in 200 years’ time.

Why do so many Sierra Leone men move to America if it's so GREAT. Then they show their pride of the motherland in a America? They should fight for the country they love so much.

@tonymckinney13556 ай бұрын
@LisaCulton I have never been to a poor tropical city, but when I was SL, I was told by other travelers that it was like Jamaica away from the resorts. But outside of Freetown, where the land is untouched, it is totally beautiful. Outside of Freetown is where a couple of smart cities are being built.
