The fade out to this song with those men humming in the background could bring you to tears when you think about the issues brought up in this track...very powerful and emotionally driven song, both Freeway's and Allen's!

Just Blaze had the best productions for the summer songs from 2002-2005, thats 4 years of Just Blaze heat each summer. 2002 - "Oh Boy" by Cam'Ron 2003 - "Pump it Up" by Joe Budden 2004 - "Breathe" by Fabolous 2005 - "Touch the Sky" by Kanye (and "Dear Summer" by Jay-Z)

This was hands down one of my favorite songs in high school. The end and how it faded out would bring me to tears. And that bass line? Subtle but always gets me. I wrote a lot rhymes and poetry to this beat. Just Blaze was one of my role models as a young, day dreaming wanna be musician in my head. I'm a music teacher now and hearing this makes me think of how things can come full circle, by the grace of God.

I know what you mean Gauge, the feeling is unreal From black & white to color, like Dorthy clicked her heels Everybody smiles at dinner, now that's happy meal Mama always said there would be days like this Just couldn't believe in my lifetime they'd exsist But the sense of bliss is rediculous it's like a poloroid Take a picture, shake and twist, and from the void Comes happiness, mixed with love captured in time Like with this song right here, but captured in rhyme
