Thanks for coming back to , and diving deep into, Freeze the Fall, and thanks to Jim for the request. ❄❄❄. Glad you enjoyed it so much. I think they will go far too. 3rd single from the debut EP Thrones, there is now a live version of this song on their channel ,recorded last April. The Warning are one of their influences, Quinn taught herself guitar by listening to TW's Queen of the Murder Scene album.

I have listened to their ep Thrones dozens of times and my appreciation for the music is still growing. They are incredible. Jonah has some great drum lines and clearly hits HARD. Arias Basslines impress me more every time I listened to them. Quinn has a great edge to her vocals and plays amazing. I cant wait to hear what is next from @freeze_the_fall_band !!

Yes they also reminded me a bit of The Warning. There are some stylistic simularities. Also a pretty young trio as well. They just haven't taken off as much as the Warning yet. But it is super cool to see again youg people forming hardrock-band and going for it against all the trends in music (bands and rock music is pretty out in the commercial music world).

They will take off eventually. The Warning have been at it for over ten years now, FTF started only a couple of years back, but they are really good. The Thrones EP is one I play on repeat along with The Warnings latest album Keep Me Fed, I combined them into a single playlist.

when i saw Last One Standing 2023 live last year i knew other people needed to see/hear this band and i chose it for Jesse to react to. He liked it so much he went and checked out another called Thrones, a demo and we got some TWA onboard. this proves you need talent, exposure doesn't work if you haven't got the talent and there are more great things coming be good to one another and ROCK ON !!

We're lucky to be seeing the birth of a great band. Great reaction and analysis. "Afraid to close my eyes, Yet too scared to keep them open" is a lyric that just sticks with me, and they've got one in every song.

The line that gets me is 'Twirl for me' - it's such a simple line, but in this context it just seems somehow sinister.

You're exactly right. Some of the older country music singers, when it was good LOL. they would say, hey, we stole everything we could from each other. But that's what makes it great. Every lyric, every chord has been played before just in different orders. But the outcome from a place of either joy or pain sometimes both. That makes it unique to each band. Great reaction

Hi Rosalie. Thank you so much for doing this video so quickly. I love the passion and thoughtfulness that you brought to this reaction/analysis of FTF's Masquerade.. You are 'a beacon of light in the darkness', as a certain tiny perfect female drummer once said. And as for QAJ; they're obviously brilliant, but they're also a bit unsettling - people this age should not be able to consistantly write this well. I suspect alien intervention, or perhaps some obscure Canadian Recombinant DNA experiment. Oh well, have fun in Musicland, Rosalie. Thanks again.

Has any band ever gotten in touch with you after one of these deep analyses and told you they just wrote that line or that song because it sounded cool together with no deeper meaning?
