Yummy! With the mashed potato i learnt from a friend in the UK who does slimming world and she mashes up the potatoes then mixes in 1-2 raw eggs and mixes well and omg i've tried it lots and so creamy and yummy.

I am originally from Vermont ( right below Canada!) but have lived here 12 years. I will never be able to do the kiwi accent, I sound like a leprechaun when I try .. My kids and husband make fun of me all the time 🤣
