Freezer Not Cooling within Specs

I've had mines for 10 yrs just opened and it's defrosting sad😢 the lights are in BUT the red one looks like it's flickering

Green run light flickers on & off.

The green light comes on when the thermostat signals the compressor to run and cool. It is normal for it to cycle on and off. Thank you

I would never buy one of these. Spend the money for a good one. Mine is 2 years old just stopped working probably cost me $800 in product. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY NOW OR SPEND ALOT MORE LATER

Ah that is not going to fix my freezer. It gets cold but the ice cream is not freezing.
