FREEZER RESTOCK | INGREDIENT AND MEAL PREP
Once in a while I have a marathon couple of days prepping ingredients and meals for my freezer and this was one of those times.
In today's restock video I prepped some garlic, made some chicken stock out of whatever I had in the fridge, prepped some breakfast sandwiches, and some compound butter. There are no recipes for these things, just cooking and measuring from the heart!

With the whole garlic cloves. I hope you slice them in half. Sprinkle some oil on top roll them in aluminum foil and roasted them to make yourself some roasted garlic in bulk. Btw love the video

Im wondering do you label anything. Im thinking to myself especially with the butter I would be confused which is which. 😂

I can typically tell by sight… most of the time haha I also do a smell test, but I really should be labeling!
