Burbot are elusive! Nice fishing with you! have you thought about traveling a bit further south for a weekend?

You are right, I have had a hard time finding burbot this year. I’ve been down to southern Alberta but have yet to travel to the states for fishing. Where were you thinking ? Thanks for following me on my adventure! I really appreciate it :)

That's a google maps link to a lake where the Burbot lay. I used to work the dam that backed this water up all the way from Libby Dam in Montana. I heard great tales of Burbot in this lake. As well as huge lake trout,,,Do you have a boat?

Thank you for the suggestion, I will have to check it out someday if I make it up there. I unfortunately don't have a boat yet, but maybe someday soon I hope :)
