I remember the Bendick Murrell incident well. The three T's stayed at Cowra loco while undergoing repairs. As always, great camerawork.

I had actually set up at that exact location but decided to move further up the grade! I heard the sound of the derailment but did not realise at the time what it was. After waiting for the train for about 30 minutes I figured out what the noise must have been and headed back down.

You would have to be nervous as a loco driver on some of those shonky rail lines and old wooden sleepers :(
