No.... This is old footage there is other pictures & video of these same cars running for YEARS now until today yes still till today . They repainted the numbers in WHITE perfectly in a little BLACK painted box without really obscuring the graffiti ...... LOL LOL LMAO Im from the 1980s subway era when they buff the windows of the subway cars ... lol lol lmao them adding a small box with numbers in it dont bother us at all ... i have a vintage denim jacket with the sleeves cut off and a led zeppelin thing painted on the back last time I visited my aunt in New York she gave it to me, her friend owned a clothing store and PK painted it for her because he knew she loved led zeppelin
