Nice job , thats how we fix them ,also dab some anti seize on the bolt threads so if you ever have to change them again.

Where exactly was your water coming from in your cab, I have a water leak and have had the marker lights replaced and it still leaks

My lights were changed and haven't had any leaks since. The water was coming down the windshield and around the sunvisor

Hi, I’m having water leak coming in cab above sun visor, tried using clear sealant around clearance light bulbs but I noticed there is water still coming in. Do I need to change all the bulb fixtures to stop the water from coming in.

Flange type Nutserts work well . Amazon calls these Rivet Nuts Foliv 150 pcs reasonably priced , installation tool separate . Also works well in sheet metal .

My center light leaked when I first bought my 2015 and the leak ruined my electronics because it is built in the dash. I have spent over 13k in fixing the starter and the a/c boards alone. My truck is an electrical nightmare. Make sure you fix your lights when it starts leaking.

We see a lot of those problems at the shop,, haven’t tried this way of fix ,, we usually put new nut zerts in them ,, this does look to be a good water resistance way of doing it,, another great video,, will try it on the next cascadia that in ,,, as you have said this is a problem with this model

It is also a good idea to add some black silicon around the new light because sometimes the new lights well also have problems with water

I’m having a issue with water leaking in the cab. I’m almost sure water is getting in threw the clearance light but I have sealed them over and over with window weld and still water is getting in. Do you have any suggestions for this problem?

You have to remove the light and apply sealant in the inside.

My screw was actually stripped stripped and i managed to get the rivot out but broke the screw inside the rivet. Can we order the rivets online.

Use new inserts(they are cheap) and plastic repair glue(body shop supply), repair can be done in minutes not hours
