Trucker AK that could work, or also you can just raise the fifth wheel 2in and make it 2 functions. Incase you ever want to hook to a different kind of trailer end dump/ or Belly dump/ lowboy etc. so you don’t have to modify it.

Truck is coming along nice. Those fenders you should move little closer to a tires' and I would drop them down by about 2 inches by drilling a new holes on that mount. And get rid of that rubber on top of it. Don't ask how I know. Bajram Barećula

For the wood floors you can get rock wood ones and ones that come in a two piece and it has a thin plastic layer on top so if you do spill a drink all you do is wipe it up

TruckerAK if you replace the flooring in the truck, I highly recommend a scratch resistant hardwood floor with good padding/insulation underneath it. Easier to clean and looks better than carpet and rubber flooring. You can get hardwood flooring that is water resistant and it will cost you around $300 at Home Depot. The rubber flooring gets dirty, anything you drop on it, if it gets stepped on, it smears into the rubber and only way to get it out is by scrubbing it

You can actually take that entire shiftier to a chrome plating shop in a big city and get it done but to be honest you would really need to get an old one or something to have one to drive for awhile cause it takes a couple of days or you could just mail it to them i know there's some in Houston that plate custom things.

hey @Trucker AK hope you are doing well congrats on the landstar job and wow oh wow your truck is coming along nicely man the chrome on the gear shift look nice it matches the dash and can i suggest you to try and ask if you can get the digital panel which you showed at starting of the video the six one but each have different colors so that its easy to know which is for what color coordinated and will look nice in the dash... can't wait for the next video and at the end you said that they have extend for another week.. this is what i believe when this things happen it always happen for a good reason...

I would definitely advise rubber flooring unless u put rubber under the wood. I had it in my old truck and it vibrated like crazy so my guess is the guy that put it in did it wrong but I hated it so it’s something to think about. Love ur videos

I think green gauges if your changing them but it's personal preference, your the guy that's gotta look at them for hours 😉.. those fenders are a nice touch of chrome man, could you buff up your tanks to get them shining just as much? Personally don't like the wire wrap on the shifter as it's not consistent, if it was smooth that would look sick though
