Freightliner No Crank, No Start, No Active Codes

Had the same issue my fix was the connector for a pin for the big relay next to theSAM chasis emergency battery was pushed in relay wasn't making contact. Thanks for the help. Learned something today

If a brake adjustment in needed on automatic slack adjusters ( ASA ) , they are worn out and needed replaced . One exception are the Rockwell / Meritor ASA , the pawls may just need replaced .

You don’t need to go to the frame rail for ground. The main ground junction block is right there next to the air hoses and PNDB attached to the front wall. It’s a solid ground that’s easy to access

Damn dude you saved me just now cause I was about to call mechanic. Turns out it was my ignition relay. Glad I ordered a few extras to keep in truck.

Turn the power off completely and wait for 20 min. To give time for truck to reset. Then try turning over again. If wont start, check the bolts that are on batterys that the power crossover is hooked to. If loose and suppose to be tight, undo power line and connect to another bolt thats not loose. And see if it starts up cranks etc! Good luck.

I having same issues with may purchase freight liner casiadia with Cummins isx15 When I try pick up wouldn’t start thy help me jumped start truck start i do not turn almost 600 mile then whet home I park week ago I start but will not start mechanic told me battery bad I replaced yesterday I have power lights no crank or start at all again mechanic told starter is bad I just watched your video but do you think problem with start or may be fuses that just fix

truck dont start lights come on and get stoped on highway went and put some coolant in there because i was told that i needed a heater core. once added the coolant it did start got to the yard and shut it off next day it wouldnt start so i wanted maybe abour 5 hours later and it did start i let it ran for maybe about 5 min shut it off and when i went to start it again it wouldnt start so i was told that i needed a cpc but not really sure

Does it sound like a starter? May be a loose wire on batteries or stater. Did you have a windshield leak lateleym the CPC is in the middle of the dash under the window.

@@Famous609 bro same problem on my truck I turn on ignition switch and all the light pop up then all goes blank exactly like in the video with red def light blinking after 10 min it gets normal and only amber engine light is on and truck starts but once the truck is turned of it goes on into same problem over and over did you find the solution please help.

Hello. My truck at the yard was parked for a while. Freightliner Cascadia 2016 Auto.DD15 Now the truck won't start the tractor's ABS light is on and the DEF light is red Flashing though I have enough DEF inside the tank. No check engine light showing. The dashboard screen does not show the transmission message and the screen is just stuck with Underscore marks and no info. is this Similar to what happened to your truck?

I have a international 4300 it won’t crank to start I didn’t let the gauge cycle I just stared the truck up instantly and it was about to start and half way stopped I got tech out and checked everything and nothing I got a spn 1081 fmi 9 code
