Thank you for this video! I struggle with this and with numbers. I can count, and I can say the alphabet. Where I run into trouble is when I need to say a number that requires me to put them together out of sequence, if that makes sense. For example, 2,397. Same thing with the alphabet, once I have to spell something, yikes. I think it is because I am not exposed to hearing French spelled out, and same with numbers, rarely am I hearing French numbers even in my daily French bath. Sequentially I'm good, once it gets random, woah.

yes this is absolutely normal. Honestly it takes a lot of practice to get good at numbers or spelling out loud, in any language. If I'm honest it's also one of my weak points in German, and I have lived in German speaking countries for over 10 years 😱 the good news is that it doesn't stop anyone from being fluent and living their life, it's just mildly annoying. I do have pronunciation videos planned for numbers too :)

not a very wide spread one, but I have heard version of the English alphabet song sung in French
