So impressed by Cleménce-a true entrepreneur! Loved how she’s welcoming everyone of all ages (and budgets) and also thinking about food waste. Tours is lucky to have you both!! Merci.

It's interesting how she presents some things that (I guess?) are more recipes from English-speaking places, with their names in English...Banana Bread, Carrot Cake, Cookies, key lime pie, cheesecake :). I would have enjoyed hearing Clémence speak English for a little bit, too, because I'm always curious what kind of accent a French person picks up, when learning English in an English-speaking place that is not the U.S. (since that's my only exposure, here in the U.S.). I would love to hear her speak English with an Australian pronunciation!

A very interesting work history! She mentions banana bread and that has me wondering about pumpkin bread -- is this something that bakers do in France at all? One problem with pumpkin bread is that it is very moist so it doesn't keep very long.
