Welcome to Episode 3 of a new video series introducing French business owners, artisans and artists - and some of my favorite addresses in la Belle France.
Video in French. English subtitles.

In le Vieux Tours (Tours, France) a special place managed by a special lady welcomes visitors and gourmets. Welcome to "Beurre Noisette," a tea room, a coffee shop and a popular brunch place!
Clémence, the owner, tells us more about her impressive background as a pastry chef and entrepreneur. Born and raised in Tours, she's traveled across the world to learn her craft, discover other cultures and brought back delicious creations to her hometown.
Clémence's pastries are clearly "dans l'air du temps" (trendy) mixing successfully traditional recipes and influences from other lands.
"Beurre Noisette" and Clémence's friendly team do things differently: They offer brunch even on week days with options for all budgets. Don't miss this cozy, welcoming place when you visit Tours.
(You'll thank me later.)
