There will be no one who says I can't make crispy bread with this recipe. We made a delicious Crispy NO-KNEAD French Baguette in just 5 minutes. All you have to do is put the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spoon. Let the dough rise and you continue with your daily work. Once the dough has risen, easily shape it and bake it. That's all. Bake with love.
--300 ml / 10.1 oz
warm water
--7g
dry yeast.
--375 g / 13.2 oz
bread flour
--8 g
salt
--Bake in a preheated oven at 240°C / 464°F for 30 minutes.
--If your oven doesn't have a steam function, place a bowl of boiling water in the oven.

It is sufficient for the first 20 minutes. When the bread starts to brown, there is no need for steam. Steam is important during rising.
