French Bulldogs come in many different colors and patterns.
French bulldog colors include: pied, brindle, fawn, sable (same thing as fawn but with darker tipped hair), blue, lilac, chocolate, Isabella, Cream, platinum (lilac covered in cream), Other colors covered in cream, tri color, and merles of all colors.
Color coats and patterns!
Ay- fawn (dominant over at/a)
At- tan points (dominant over a)
A- recessive black/solid (2 copies to express)
D- no dilution
d- blue (2 copies to express)
Coco- 2 copies to express
B- dom black
b- testable chocolate (2 copies to express)
Em- mask
E- Dom black
e- cream (2 copies to express, dominant over everything except pied)
Ky- no brindle/a locus expresses freely
Kb- dominant black
Kbr- brindling allele (brindle/trindle) affecting only a locus.
Kbr/ay brindle, Kbr/at trindle
S- spotting/piebald (2 copies to express)
M- merle (1 copy to express, do not breed merle to merle)
