May I ask if in thiz video, you shaved your cats hair, I have seen alot of people do that and I never understood why, if its the case, cab u plz tell me what r the benefits of shaving cats hair ? Heat ? I love your videos I just discovered you today and im watching them all one after an other ❤

I appreciate your support and I'm glad you're enjoying them :) Regarding your question about shaving my cat's hair, here is a lengthy explanation as to why I made that decision. My cat used to have weekly furballs, despite regular brushing with a furminator. It was a challenge to keep up with the shedding, and I noticed that it was affecting her comfort and overall well-being. Additionally, I developed severe allergies, which made it difficult for me to spend quality time with her. I tried various measures to minimize my allergies, such as reducing physical contact, cleaning my clothes and bedding more frequently, and using a Dyson air purifier fan. Unfortunately, these measures didn't provide the relief I was hoping for. I decided to hire a professional to shave my cat and see if it would help alleviate both the shedding and my allergies. Surprisingly, it turned out to be a beneficial solution. Not only did the shedding decrease significantly, but my allergies also improved. Since my cat is older, I noticed that she has difficulty cleaning herself thoroughly, especially in harder-to-reach areas. She tends to develop dry skin at the base of her back, which can be uncomfortable for her. Having short hair makes it easier for her to stay clean and minimizes any discomfort caused by dry skin. It's important to note that not all cats need to be shaved, and it's a decision that should be made based on individual circumstances. Every cat is unique, and what works for one may not be suitable for another. In my case, after careful consideration and consultation with professionals, shaving my cat has proven to be beneficial for her comfort and my allergies.
