Marketing doesn't have any targets, unless you're doing paid ads or you've promised a certain number of sales for your clients. But those are usually an estimated range rather than fixed numbers.

As someone who decided to pivot in their career and strengthen my innate skill set on top of diving into courses etc. do you have any advice? It’s quite difficult as a lot of companies will claim they desire entrepreneurial spirits and although I have plenty of transferable skills on top of doing most of these things in my day to day but because I don’t have a formal degree it doesn’t translate. @@modest91 I think it will depend on the company but basically any experience you have in the field and/ or any portfolio you could have that would be useful is worth mentioning (I mentioned my yt channel and a blog I wrote for an assignment). Typically if they like you they’ll give you a task to complete for/ before another interview. Tbh if mostly prepare standard interview questions!! I’m sure you’re gonna smash it 🥰

Hi! So like I said my internship offered me a job once I graduated. In terms of meetings I typically have at least 10 a week and yes you often have to present your ideas but it’s not always a formal presentation 😊

@@hiyd.y9787 Well, at one point I was spending too many hours in front of computer. I had no free time, even on weekends. My working hours were 9-5 but there was always something to do after. So, bottom line you have to be available all the time. My boss was calling me constantly, and I had no free days even when I had to do some private stuff.
