I have 2 tools with those rubber "ergonomic" (ergo, not worth a darn) handles, and both are loose. This is perfect. About the polisher...plywood? Melamine surface?

@@mikkosnellman And this smoothes down stray fibers, I gather? Scraping separates the fibers so they wrap around and hold the 'standing' part better?
@mikkosnellman5 жыл бұрын
@@tomkenney5365 That is the idea. You need to wax or starch the cord for polishing anyways. I use wet spun yarn for cordage so the cord don´t have too much stray fibers to begin with.

Mikko, Howdy; Truly enjoy your How to videos, Question, perhaps 2, What is the block you use to Polish the cord made from? Also are you selling a Kit to do this with, cutters included? Checked your website and couldn't find them.

Mikko, Howdy; another question. At the beginning you show measuring of the cord. You wrap a full length then double and add a bit of good luck (~6 inches). Is that for 1 handle or for both? I ask as you already have 1 handle wrapped at the beginning of the video. Thanks for all you do to help us.
@mikkosnellman4 жыл бұрын
That is for one handle.
