3 French Onions (sliced)
500 gm minced chicken
2 tbs all purpose flour
1 tsb salt
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 french onion (diced)
3 tbs worcestershire sauce
1 tbs dijon mustard
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 egg
2 tbs nestum / breadcrumbs
5 tbs oil
1 cup chicken broth
Method
Heat the pan with some oil when the oil is hot, put in the onions, let it fry for a while mix it and let it caramelize. Once the onions are calamelised remove it and set a side.
In a bowl put the minced chicken, some diced onions, add in some salt and add worcestershire sauce, some dijon mustard and cayenne pepper. Add 1 tbsp all purpose flour then mix in the beaten egg and finally the nestum or breadcrumbs goes in. Then make medium size balls the balance can be refrigerated to be used some other time.
Heat the pan with some oil fry the meatballs flip them over and let it cook on the both sides, Then add in the all purpose flour give it a good mix, pour in the chicken broth and let it thicken once it starts to thicken add in the fried onions and mix it well add a generous amount of mozzarella cheese turn off the flame and close it with a lid for the cheese to melt and let it rest for a while and ENJOY!!!
