Meat has never tasted so good! Dinner is like in a restaurant, quick and easy!

This recipe requires only a few ingredients and the results will delight everyone. The main ingredient in this recipe is pork tenderloin. My family liked this pork tenderloin trick so much that they asked me to make it more often. The recipe is very quick, it takes about 20 minutes and you have a wonderful dinner. Serve with a side of cabbage, which also cooks very quickly. The family will love it! Cook with love!
Ingredients and preparation:
1 pork fillet (about 700 g)
Salt
Black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
1/3 tsp ground coriander
120 g smoked bacon
3 wooden skewers
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp wholegrain mustard
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce (you can also use another favorite sauce)
6-7 strips of bacon
300-400 g white cabbage
2 cloves of garlic
½ onion
2 tbsp butter
80 ml chicken broth

OMG, I just made these and they are phenomenal! I was a bit worried about the mustard and sweet chili sauce (I used Grey poupon) but it turned out to be almost a sweet and spicy BBQ sauce! So good! Definitely going into my top recipes book! Thank you so much for all the great recipes!
