Looks like an awesome lunch. I cooked a crock pot chicken dish today also. It’s called garlic Tuscan chicken. You use 6 Chicken thighs, 3/4 cup chicken broth, 1 cup heavy cream, 1 cup parm. Cheese, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Yum, it’s so good.
