Jennifer's snarky "How was your experience in that shop?" at 1:56 absolutely took me out! 😭 And then, how it all ended on sandals... 😂🤣

This is hilarious. I made the mistake of drinking coffee while watching this and almost spit my coffee out all over the monitor.

My funniest experience with a delivery was when the parcel was only small, so they posted it through my letterbox….. and then wrote a card (which they tucked in the door frame outside) to let me know they put it through the letterbox!!!!

It's really great to see exchanges like this as you can see how out of this discussion of mutual frustration a sketch could so easily begin to take shape. It's not often we get a glimpse into how a legendary double-act interact so informally.

I personally love it when I plan to stay home all day to receive an important delivery, the driver never shows up, and then updates the tracking information at 7:58PM that I was not home to accept the delivery.

Yes, because the people that actually do the job of delivering your stuff day in and day out aren't as important as you are they?

@@helenholmes3530 The gratitude shown during lockdown for the people that really kept things going was just superficial middle class virtue signalling. So it's no surprise when an airhead reveals her unearned sense of superiority.

I Can really relate to this video. I love the drop and run where delivery drivers just leave parcels and run and say that it has been deliver and handed to resident and they have not i love amazon for this they are famous for this.

One time I went to someone's house, rang the door bell a million times, and left a note (couldn't leave the package). And the idiot who lived there called customer service complaining and said I was lying. People who do deliveries have A LOT of deliveries and very little time. They cannot stand people who waste their time, so it doesn't surprise me that some have just started leaving shit saying nobody was home. I never "cheated", but it has been tempting.

I know exactly what they are talking about! Amazon quizzing me about the delivery. I have never seen the delivery person. I asked them not to ring my bell. Were they friendly? Professional? On time? Etc. How the hell do I answer…the pkg. was at the door. Amazon emailed me to let me know and included a photo. End of story. I do feel compelled to answer however, so the hard-working delivery guy doesn’t get fired or lose bonus rewards or something. The ladies sure had me laughing…and commiserating.

I once contacted a company, I think is was my energy company, and they couldn't answer my question. So, when it came up with the 'How did we do today' questionnaire I said, "Rubbish". The guy then called me to ask why I'd given him a bad review, and I said, "Because you didn't answer my question." He then started complaining that it would affect his score, so I told him he should have answered my question and hung up.

Oh why aren't they making sketch comedy out of these little snippets? I can see the scene now, Jennifer leaves a London shop with a new bra and suddenly Dawn pops out of a nearby bin asking how the shopping experience was. Moments later Jennifer gets into a cab and a few seconds into the journey the driver turns around and it's Dawn asking her to rate the bra. She escapes the cab and hops on a bus, relieved to be escaping, only for Dawn to pop up tapping on the window while the bus is moving demanding a review on Google. Channel 4, what are you doing not commissioning a sketch show from these amazing women?!

Working class delivery people? You make them sound downtrodden when, in fact, these people make a very fine living and work very hard for it. Deadlines, weather, climbing stairs. Darn hard work so I can shop with mouse clicks while comfy in my recliner and my IPad. Jennifer and Dawn are using hyperbole of universal situations for laughs.

Good grief. There are people on earth who work certain kinds of jobs (often manual) and those jobs are referred to as blue collar or working class and the people who work them are referred to as working class or blue collar laborers. It’s not a judgement. It’s a description. These people are often thought of as very hard workers so I’m not sure why you felt the need to defend that. And I don’t know what country you come from, but in mine drivers work their asses off for very little compensation. So at the very least the ones in my country do not make a good living.

I wonder if Jennifer or Dawn helped out at their local supermarket during lockdown? Or did they spend money online and wait for working class people to deliver their stuff? And then complain that it wasn't delivered fast enough. Those two are the problem, entitled and overpaid, not the delivery people.
