Thanks for your query @Rajesh T...Unfortunately I've not tried the vegan version yet and therefore I can't speak from experience. But you can try substituting the eggs with 3Tbsp of water mixed with 1Tbsp of ground flax seeds or chia seeds for every egg added. Since I've used only egg yolks, adjust the amount of water you add afterwards. I hope this comes useful to you. Do let me know how it turns out..Good luck !👍 Happy cooking! 🙂

This recipe was passed to me by a friend of mine..so, I don't know if you can find this recipe online.
