Fought hard to keep a 2 week old puppy with phenomena alive. He made it thru and is running around happy at 7 weeks old..but at vet check...his lungs were damaged and a grade 2 heart murmur....ever come across this? Irreversible long term effects? So sad, the little guy has no idea and playing happily

A grade 2 heart murmur could go away at that young of age. You gotta re check as the pup gets older
