Could anyone please explain why Lya is pronouncing "h" sound in the end of some words (38:52, 45:16, 17:01, 32:02)? Is it some kind of accent or pronunciation style?

That is the double 'r' sound.

This is just her breathing at the end, so yes it's just part of her accent and the way she talks.

In French, the stress of the word typically comes at the end. Even the e's at the end of a word are kinda pronounced / stalled over. Of course, in conversation the words are blended together but in slow speak and verse, you hear the emphasis at the end. E.g. la semaine ... sahmen-uh (but very subtle). I think this contrasts in Russian where the stress is variable per word and often somewhere in the middle and why they always have to emboldened the letters in words in textbooks for children and foreign learners (especially все & всё); in order to know where the stress is. But in French the stress usually comes at the end of the noun.
