I was like you, dude-a sobbing mess! Moreso than when Superman was killed, cuz that was expected. Sam was one of my favorites on the show, and this was a fitting sendoff. Such good writing, and Bitsie’s husband directed the episode.

@@kakcal2598 dude, right?? It definitely felt more potent with Sam. This show is too good. But I'm still mad at them lol oh wow, that's awesome. He's the actor of the main character in Grimm, right? I've only seen bits and pieces of that show.

@@nerdsnnuance2405 I’ve never seen Grimm, or seen the Dylan Walsh in anything else (IMDB doesn’t list him as being in Grimm). But I’ve always been impressed with his range-all the emotions, comic timing, creating a memorable character, etc.-the only version of Sam Lane I’ve ever seen that isn’t just a plot device, but a three-dimensional personality and an integral part of the show. Dylan Walsh IS Sam Lane, forever and always, and I will miss him on the show.

Also, I give credit to Tyler’s acting-when the glasses came off, his whole countenance morphed into Superman’s more confident and settled demeanor. So it wasn’t just taking the glasses off that caused Sam to recognize him.

when John got his powers, i suddenly remembered "oh yeah, last season we're getting." and was bummed realising the wasted potential. Imagine a season where Jordon goes rogue ater hearing that "you have chosen Johnathan, he is your favourite son" And Jordon just wailing on John, while Lex is cackling in the background "do it. KILL him! KILL your mom's favoured son. DO IT!" A proper Superboy v Superboy feud. Instead its was just a passive aggressive "yeah Johnathan has powers, now im not special anymore" comment by Jordon.

Originally they had like a 7 season plan so it was most likely going to be a gradual thing but since it was the last season they had to speed it up.

Jordan to me is a bitch, he is only happy when he was in control and if he loses to his brother at all he complains or makes a fit. I am tried of the hypocrisy from him. Even though Jonathan didn't have powers he always tried to stay calm for his father, mother and brother and now that he has them Jordan is pissed. I am sorry but Jordan pisses me off!
