thank you very much for the video, one question is it possible to carry out a fatigue analysis in pelton turbines (water jet and bucket) using harmonic analysis

Fatigue tool in harmonic analysis is it available also for not fully reversed loading? (Mean load not equal to 0) If not, what is the method to use? Thank you
