Dear Sabrina Partner visa is the most refusable visa subclass recorded by the Department. It will all depend if you meet the visa criteria and have enough evidence to prove you are in a genuine relationship. My wife is a resident in Sydney while i am a Pakistani national currently on student visa in Germany. We recently got married on January 1st 2018 in Pakistan.
