🦄 I love traditional medicinals throat coat tea with raw honey. Also, if you get a piece of osha root from the health food store, you steep it as a tea several times, you just have to dry it between uses. It helps with the tickle in your throat.

For the tea, i know it is really common to put honey and lemon in it, but on top of that, try putting a splash of vodka in it. The alcohol will kill the bacteria in your throat :)

its actually kinda true about listening to music when youre sick. i was sick with the flu last year and it was in a lot of pain and i found listening to music really helped take my mind off how miserable i felt. idk how it works but it works (for me at least).

I’ll tell you the recipe of a concoction termed as “Kadha” which is used widely in India to cure sore throat and other throat problems. You will need- 1. Peppercorns 1.5 tsp 2. Bay leaf 1 piece 3. Cloves 7-8 piece 4. Ginger 1/2 inch 5. Raw honey as per taste So you need to take 2 cups of water and let it come to boil , after that add all the ingredients accept honey .You have to cover and boil the concoction uptill the 2 cups have reduced to half , turn off the stove and add honey at the end. Cool it a bit and cosume little warm. Make sure you go to sleep right after having this. Thankyou hope this helps😊

I love the way your make up always looks 😍 even when you're sick! If you take honey, mix it with a lot of cinnamon into almost a paste! Both work as an antibacterial and will kill and ickyness in your throat! I've used it since my kids fell under the "consult your dr" age on most relief meds.

Get well soon Christen. I am an Indian & trust me our grannies have treated everything with their home remedies. Yes tea is really good, just smash an inch or two of ginger and put it in your tea while it's brewing. You may also add liquorice (Mulethi in hindi) in the tea and drink it. In India, singers just keep a piece of liquorice in their mouths and keep sucking it (not chew) for a melodious voice (may sound funny but true). Another option is, mix ginger juice (squeezed out of fresh ginger root) & honey in equal proportions (1tsp each) have it twice daily. You'll notice results just the very next day.
