Fresh, crunchy and very tasty snow peas and cucumber salad. Easy salad recipe.

This crunchy and very tasty salad will be a great side dish, light lunch or a dinner. It is very easy and doesn't take much time to cook! If you like fresh and healthy salads, try this new recipe and hopefully you will want to cook it again.
Ingredients:
100 g frozen green peas
150-200 g snow peas
1 cucumber
1/2 red onion
Dill
Mint
Olive oil
1/4 lemon
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Salt
Black pepper

I just found your channel; I know I’m late to comment, but I want to say thanks for simple but fresh and healthy ingredients. I’m not a big fan of raw onion, so I just skipped them. Same with the dill, which I switched to marjoram from my garden. This is so easy to make and has a lovely and refreshing crunch all while full of vitamins and minerals.

Snow peas can't eat with out cook, will poisoning.

I eat them raw very often and never had any issues. You can look online and see that it could be eaten either raw or cooked. It's a very healthy vegetable and a great healthy snack.
