Fresh Intellivent problems

Since this winter my Fresh Intellivent only runs with the yellow light lit. I can't make any adjustments to the fan regarding speed or timer anymore. Before this the fan used to have the blue light lit and I was able to adjust everything. The fan runs constantly, before it used to shut down if the humidity was low. The fan was installed by an authorised electrician 30 moths ago.
Any suggestions?

Nej! Jag länkade till filmen i min kontakt med tillverkare/installatör (minns inte vem det var) och de bedömde den som trasig och kom förbi och bytte ut den.
