Crumb coat the cake: take very little cream and spread a very thin over the top as well as layers of the cake so that all the sponge crumbs come out.

Butter 80 g Biscuits 200g Melt butter and add to coarsely ground biscuits. Mix well and freeze it. Cream cheese 1 cup Sugar 60g (5tbsp) Gelatin dissolved in 10g I.e 1 tbsp in 1/4cup water 150g whipped cream Whip the creams and sugar. Don’t whip too much. Very soft peaks are enough. Vanilla essence 1/2tsp Lemon juice 1 tbsp Mango puree Mango small cubes Add everything and mango puree Then mix everything. For topping: water 50ml gelatin 1 tsp sugar 25g; boil it to one boil then add mango puree

5 eggs beat well Add sugar 150g with above until very fluffy Maida 190g - Add litttle by little into the eggs and fold by hand Once all the maida is done add milk and oil Baking pwd 1/2 tsp Milk 50ml or 1/4 cup Oil 50 ml Mix everything and bake for 25-36 minutes. Once done and cooled, cut and soak in milk (about 6tbsp). For Toppings Whipping cream Mango scoops Lastly layer with sponge, then cream and then mango.
