According to the research, fresh milk that are present in big cities like karachi having less nutrients and approx 70% water in it, less calcium. But as compare to packaged milk, it contain higher calcium and less amount of water. And I saw packaged milk production and I had been done my research on tetrapack milk and fresh milk. Its a huge difference between both of them. Fresh milk contain less nutrients and according to the American research associate and Canadian research , fresh milk having less nutrients and less calcium. And those preservatives that exist in tetrapack milk having proper FDA approval . She gave totally wrong information and false research.

Pasturization is heating the milk at between 62-70 Celcius and at homes we boil raw milk (gawaala milk) at more than 100 Celcius, so which one is better?
