You just made me laugh out loud singing “here comes the sun” while I sit here sipping my coffee watching you bake bread. The sun is popping out here in Ohio and I’m feeling the same as you. I may sing it all day now 😂 thank you for sharing all that you do. Looking forward to the addition of the greenhouse!!

Your FMF sourdough looks good. I agree i like my sourdough, sour. Best sourdough I had was in a small bakery in San Francisco 40 years ago. Thanks for sharing the microgreens journey.

Thank you so much, I got my mills from nutrimill they have the stone mill or steel blade mill. Another company would be wondermill for the steelblade as well called impact mills. A much cheaper version you can find on Amazon are hand cranked mills under 50.00

Just letting you know about honey. I am a beekeeper, just small time. I learned at a Beekeeping Conference that honey from the store, that is certified pure, has a small label on the front of bottle labeled "True Source". I have checked quite a few stores & Costco, Walmart, Publix, Kroger all have some of their honey labeled this way. Not one specific brand. This is a safe source. Hope this helps.

Yes thank you, we're bee keepers as well, small like you. Waiting for ours to be ready right now I'm still good on a full jar. But this was helpful bless you for sharing this with me

Good evening. I need a cup of hot chocolate. I think I found a house. It's on 1 acre, fenced, and the way it's set up, I can put in a garden, get chickens, and a playground for the grandchildren.

@MaryEllenWengerd you can find these on amazon in different sizes. I have 2 sizes one you see here large, and some half this size.

That is the best looking loaf. I have never seen a mixer like that. I broke my mixer mixing a stiff dough. Please tell me about that one. It sure seemed to handle that dough with ease.
@partinsheritagehomestead49816 күн бұрын
The mixer is the nutrimill Artiste. This thing is a work horse for FMF dough. And thank you for the compliment ☺️

They are good about $299.00 . I think i like my kitchen aid better , i am still thinking about it lol
@partinsheritagehomestead49815 күн бұрын
The kitchen aid these days are the same price, I have both and the nutrimill takes fresh milled dough like a boss. But I know not everyone can afford these either. I WAS BLESSED to be able to get one. And not promoting any of these appliances.
@wendybaron25745 күн бұрын
The Kitchen Aid was the one I broke. It couldn’t handle the dough.
@partinsheritagehomestead49815 күн бұрын
@wendybaron2574 this is weekday caused me to buy this mixer, I watched many millers say their KA couldn't handle to bulk of the doughs

What spice did you sprinkle on the hummus? I love homemade and thanks for tips! ❤ love from AR
@partinsheritagehomestead49814 күн бұрын
@WhiskerRidge I used a middle Eastern seasoning called Za'atar. It's an oregano, sesame type of seasoning.

Hi Carie🥇🏡💖⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great looking micro greens 😃. I will be sending you honey next week . Our postal service is moving slow so you should buy some for the next 3or 4weeks. They forced our precious postal workers back and gave them diddly squat . I would expect slow service for the next while. Your bread 🍞 looks magnificent 😋. ☮️💟🖖CC
