Glad to see you found this; I picked this up on mobile a couple of weeks ago and absolutely love it. I think it hits a nice sweet spot to play on your phone; not as deep as a Slay the Spire, but enough there to make you think a bit and runs are really quick too. I also love the, "spend energy to draw" mechanic; I've played a lot of deckbuilders lately where I'm out of cards and still have a boatload of energy. It's nice that there's an option to actually do something if you manage to pull that off.

It should at least have a little exclamation mark or something next to the End Turn button if there's a loot bag you haven't picked up yet. Or it should ask for confirmation, but I can see that getting annoying. ... but only if it would be common to specifically not want the loot bag. (Drawing a card seems almost always useful, although if your hand is full, is that also disabled with the loot bag?) I suppose not picking it up automatically does provide some strategic advantage in terms of when you pick it up.

Yeah, just _something_ to prevent you from skipping it because you have to do it _so many_ times that you're bound to forget one when it blends in with the background on some levels

@@Retromation This 100%. I don’t like it when a game holds the player’s hand constantly, but I think this is the exception. I think the easiest way to balance this concept would simply to add a pop up message that is enabled by default to always stop you from ending your turn early when there’s a reward on screen, and just give a toggle in the options and at the bottom of the pop up that allows you to disable the warning. I don’t think anybody is reasonably going to be upset that the game won’t let them end their turn without collecting the reward because it’s just always inherently a bonus to collect it. If the game FORCED you to add a card every time you selected the reward, then it might be beneficial to skip one (this would not be good game design IMO). As it is now, you always have the option to simply draw an additional card. Or, if they wanted a middle ground, simply make it so that you automatically draw a card if you forget to loot the reward.

@@m0002856 Most classes fully heal between battles, so it's normally useless to collect food rewards once all enemies are defeated (i.e., the exit sign is visible AND there are no mobs). Mind you, this special case is trivial to detect.
